About Us

Randy & Rosie

The ones that started it all! Randy and Rosie have been a team together in multiple careers throughout the 40 years they have been married.

They have 4 children who are all involved in the business in some way, and 6 grand-children who are professionals in puppy training and socialization.

They started raising Labs in 2002, after an adorable, bouncing chocolate Lab was introduced to the family as "Coco". She was the dog that started it all, and was Randy's first hunting buddy. A few years into breeding Labs, Rosie found a gorgeous white/yellow English Lab puppy, and fell in love with this puppy's loving temperament, beautiful build, strong desire to please, and a wonderful love of retrieving. This little puppy was "Summer", and she got them started on raising English Labradors.

Since then, Randy and Rosie have had wonderful dogs who have been amazing to have, love, and raise fantastic puppies from. Just take a look at "our boys" and "our girls" to see our current dogs, and dogs in the past.

Our family has fallen in love with bringing gorgeous, smart, loving, well tempered English Labs into the world for families to love and enjoy for many years.

Larissa (Randy and Rosie's Daughter)

Larissa has always loved dogs – especially Labradors. She started dog training at 10 years old with her first 4-H show. Obedience, agility, rally, and showmanship were all activities she was involved in with our Labs. Throughout her 4-H career she showed at County and State level, working with Gunner, Cayenne, Kindle, Hero, and Noble. It was around this time that she also started the “Larissa’s Family Fun” page which many of you FLL families will remember fondly. A few years into 4-H showing she decided to get involved with AKC junior showmanship as well, where she showed Dove.
Throughout this time, she continued training both our personal dogs and also puppies/dogs that went to new families.
Larissa went to school for her Bachelor’s in Biology, her main interests were of course animal husbandry, genetics, animal behavior and breeding.

She is now married with the 2 newest grand-babies in the family, and in her spare time enjoys showing dogs in obedience and rally, and training dogs in multiple disciplines. Her husband, Seth, works as an Engineer.

She is currently Family Loved Lab's Lead Trainer, Customer Service Representative, Web Developer, and Puppy Trainer and Raiser.

Angela (Randy and Rosie's Daughter)

Angela is Randy and Rosie's oldest daughter. She and her husband and their three kiddos live on a hobby farm just outside St Paul, MN. Angela’s first Labrador was a beautiful white Family Loved Lab from a Booker x Breezy litter named Bella. She camped, paddle boarded, and hiked with Angela and Judah, and went on all kinds of adventures with their son, William. She also produced three litters of smart, gorgeous, lovely-tempered Family Loved Lab puppies!

Angela assists with Customer Service, Web Development, Puppy Training and Raising our English Labs at FLL.

Hannah (Randy and Rosie's Daughter-in-law)

Hannah is from West Tennessee. She has a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Union University. Hannah joined the family when she married Randy and Rosie's son, Christian, in 2012. They started a home together in Tennessee, and added a Family Loved Lab (Penny, Diamond x Polar puppy) and two kids to the mix. A few years later she started working remotely using her expertise with Excel documents.

They recently moved to Minnesota (yay!), where she continues to work on documents and paperwork remotely while Christian is working as an Engineer.

Trevor (Randy and Rosie's Son)

Trevor started competing in 4-H with Summer when he was 6 years old as a Cloverbud. Later on he competed with his dog Diamond in obedience, rally, and agility. He went to state every year he competed with her, one year receiving Reserve Champion (Rally), another receiving Grand Champion (Obedience).

He is excellent with both dog training and puppy training for our English Labs. He has trained multiple dogs and puppies, loves seeing them learn new commands.

He is currently in college in Texas and going to school for ranch management.

Trevor is Family Loved Lab's Puppy Raiser, Trainer, and Construction Assistant.

Alexis - Puppy Nanny and Main Assistant

Hello! My name is Alexis and I’ve worked with Family Loved Labs for three years now! I have multiple different job titles here. I do puppy socialization, puppy training, customer service, meeting new puppy, and cleaning! I also occasionally deliver puppies as a Flight Nanny. I have a Royal X Luna lab from FLL, her name is Remi, and she will be two this year! When I’m not working with FLL I’m either working construction as a 49r in the union or traveling all across the country.
